Travis Cole Hicks

Travis Cole Hicks, Born on September 12th, 1982 at La Palma Inter-community Hospital, La Palma, California. Travis entered into rest on February 5th, 2025 at the age of 42 at his residence in Whittier, California.

Travis is survived by His Loving parents Richard and Nancy, and His Brother Ryan. He also leaves behind Aunts, Uncles and Nieces who adored him dearly and a host of Cousins who shared his joyful spirit.

After His graduation from Orange Lutheran High School in 2000 He attended Hawaii Pacific University where He graduated with honors earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography in 2004. Travis continued His education attending California State University Fullerton earning His Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 2012.

While attending Cal State Fullerton He co-authored with His Professor a paper on Storm Water Formulas which was Published. He was extremely proud of this accomplishment. His Professor was instrumental in introducing Travis to several Environmental Engineering firms where He was recruited to manage Storm Water runoff solutions.

The Celebration of Life Service to honor the life of Travis Cole Hicks was held at White Emerson Mortuary Chapel in Whittier, California on February 27th, 2025.

Those who knew Travis will remember his infectious smile and kindness in helping others. There are no words that can express how grateful and blessed we all are for knowing him. We can take great solace in knowing that he is no longer living with pain. With love always, rest in peace, our Son, Brother, Uncle and Cousin. God bless you forever.
