Roxanne Doreen LeBlanc

Roxanne Doreen LeBlanc passed away on January 12, 2019 in Long Beach, California at the age of 75. She was born to Jerome and Gladys Johnson on November 9, 1943 in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Roxanne relocated with her family to Artesia, California and would later graduate from Artesia High School. On April 5, 1975 she married the love of her life, Larry O. LeBlanc in Long Beach. Together they settled and started their family in Long Beach.

Roxanne loved reading, sewing, painting, bowling and she had quite the collection of salt and pepper shakers! In addition to all this she was very gifted in the healthcare field. Roxanne worked in skilled nursing facilities as an LVN, CNA, RNA, Activities Director and was also a social services designee.

She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie LeBlanc; adopted daughter, Cindy Brown; granddaughter, Malindy Johnson; brothers, Butch Johnson, Skip Johnson, Roger Van Kirk and Larry Johnson; sister-in-law, Joyce Johnson; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 3pm at White Emerson Mortuary, 13304 Philadelphia St., Whittier.
