Ross Daniel Mustin was born on January 19, 1962 in Whittier, California, to Erna and Harriet (Cohen) Mustin, Jr. He passed away on June 24, 2015, in Whittier, California, at the age of 53.

Ross lived in Whittier most of his life. He studied theatre crafts at Rio Hondo College and worked as a stagehand in the entertainment industry for more than 30 years.

He leaves behind his wife, Margriet, sister Linden and her son Tzvi, and brother, Glen.
