Rosalie Ogletree

Rosalie Ogletree was born on Tuesday, August 27, 1935 to John and Blanche Mariani in Chicago, Illinois.
Rosalie was known as "Rosie" to all her friends and family. Rosie grew up in the city, Parkside, before moving to Elmwood where she attended Notre Dame High School. Rosie was transferred to Forman Highschool which she later graduated from.

Rosie met her soon to be husband Richard L. Ogletree and married him on December 11, 1954. They married at St. Celestine Church in Elmwood Park, Illinois.
Rosie loved dancing and passing time with a good crossword puzzle.
She spent half of her life in Illinois before moving to Whittier Los Angeles with her 4 Children.
Rosie was a proud member of her Church of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses.

Rosie is survived by her 4 children. Sharon Diaz, Scott Ogletree, Shawn Ogletree, Stanton Ogletree, Her Brother Richard Mariani, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Rosie passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022 in Whittier, CA and will be missed by her family and friends.

There will be a service held on March 24th, at 11:00 am at White Emerson Mortuary in Whittier, CA.
