Rodolfo Camarena

Rodolfo "Corazon" Camarena passed away on August 26, 2021 in Whittier, California at the age of 70. He was born on June 24, 1951 to Juan Camarena and Maria Zapien in La Piedad, Mexico. Rodolfo spent his childhood in La Piedad and in his early twenties served his home country of Mexico in the military. In 1977, Rodolfo relocated to southern California, near Whittier, where he worked as a detailer and porter for over twenty years. Rodolfo married his long-time love and mother of his daughters, Eliza Regalado on February 27, 2010.

Rodolfo loved playing and watching soccer, playing games of pool with his brothers, and tending to his yard. He lived for his grandchildren and enjoyed playing with them any chance he got.

He is survived by his loving wife, Elsa Regalado; his daughters, Michelle Camarena and Valeria Camarena; his beloved grandchildren, Liam, Thomas, and Greyson; sisters and brothers, Maria, Arturo, Martha, Alfonso, Louis and Marcos.

A viewing will be held at 5pm on Friday, September 10, 2021 at White Emerson Mortuary with a Rosary starting at 6pm and a memorial service to begin at 7pm.
