Patricia V. Doherty

Patricia V. Doherty passed away on October 30, 2018 at the age of 91. Paddie as she was known by family and friends, was born on July 2, 1927 in Minnesota to Anton and Margaret Hartman and later spent the rest of her life in California. She attended the University of Minnesota and married William Hugh Doherty in St. Paul Minnesota on May 5th 1951 and welcomed four children into their life together. Patricia loved reading, writing, tennis, dancing, painting and caring for her beloved pets, Rusty (cat) and Buffy (dog). As a wife and mother, she remained busy by being a part of the Twin Club, Revelers Dance Club, helping at church and she especially loved inviting family and friends into her home. Always giving them a great experience of hospitality. Patricia is survived by her children, William T. Doherty, Cathy Focht, Colleen Brennan, Terence Doherty, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, February 8, 2019, at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA. 92518.
