Patricia Ann Mendoza

Patricia Ann Mendoza, 67, was born September 17, 1945 in Minnesota to her parents, Raymond & Doloris (Spatz) Johnson. She passed away suddenly June 17, 2013 in Baldwin Park, California.



Pat was known and loved by multiple generations of families and individuals who served in the birth and death care industries, as she worked for 45 years for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services in Birth and Death Registration. Birth Clerks and funeral directors from all over Los Angeles County enjoyed her help and efficiency for completing these records. She began serving in the Whittier Health Services office in 1974 and became a friend to many who relied on her knowledge, experience and expertise. Pat will be missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, and many, many of us who were lucky enough to call her a friend.



A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 1:30 P.M. at White Emerson Mortuary, 13304 Philadelphia St., Whittier, California 90601.
