Noel Joseph Ellis

Noel Joseph Ellis, 77, died April 29, 2014, with his family by his side in La Mirada, CA. He joined his wife of 32 years, Evelyn in heaven, at 5am on a Tuesday morning.



He was born in Skerries, County Dublin, Ireland in 1937 to Catherine (Green) and John Ellis. Noel is one of 14 children. He is survived by his four children, Noel Martin, Thomas Edward, Adrienne Marie and Noleen Ann. He is also survived by his brothers Gerry, Sean, Tony, Paul, Vinnie and sisters Sadie, Joan, Nancy & Maureen.



Noel raised his children in Torrance, Ca. One of his favorite pass times was fishing as a family at Redondo Beach Pier. He also enjoyed playing pool, golf and bowling. He was a big fan of the Dodgers and Notre Dame. Noel worked at Garret Air Research as a scheduler for over 20 years.



Noel will be missed dearly by everyone who knew him. A memorial Irish Wake will be held May 9th at 6pm in the home of Noel's daughter.
