Mrs. Nancy Marie Quire

Nancy Marie Quire was born on August 4, 1937 in Reading, Pennsylvania to Walter Albert and Edith Mary (Weinrich) Paul. She grew up in Reading, PA. She went to Holy Guardian Angels for elementary School and Mount St. Michaels High School. Nancy studied X-ray technology and was employed for many years as an X-ray technician.



Nancy married Franklin Quire on August 1, 1959 at Holy Guardian Angels Church in Reading, PA. After they got married, Nancy and Frank moved to Maywood, California and finally settled in Whittier, California where they raised their six children.



Nancy enjoyed reading, crafts and traveling. She loved San Francisco, and enjoyed spending time with her six children and 8 grandchildren.



Nancy was a longtime parishioner at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Whittier. She was an active volunteer at St. Gregorys school where her six children attended.

On December 26, 2013 Nancy passed away in Whittier. She leaves behind her husband Frank, her children, Michele, Beth, Charles, Joseph, Gary and Colleen, her grandchildren Krystal, Joseph, Matthew, Austin, Ethan, Samantha, Everett and Jacob, her siblings John Paul, Monica Miller and Edith Moorman and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Nancy was predeceased by her three brothers Walter, Fred and Gerald.
