Juanita Alvarez Carmona was born on June 25, 1917 in Puerto Rico to Ramon and Marcelina (Andujar) Alvarez. She passed away on March 6, 2013 at the age of 95.
She was preceeded in death by her husband, Emisael on May 23, 2012.
She is survived by her children: Jessie, George, Mike,Raymond, Nancy, Jimmie and Ralph, along with 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
