Mrs. Alice "Jane" Clements

Alice Jane Clements, 90, passed away on March 4, 2013 in Fullerton, California. Born on July 14, 1922 in Oak Park, Illinois, she was born to John Thomas & Grace Amelia (Dale) Miles. She was married to Charles Colvin Clements and together they had seven children: Michael, Judy, Mark, Gary, Linda, Brian, and Jeffrey.



Jane was born and raised for a few years in Illinois before her family moved to southern California where she attended and graduated from Whittier High School, Whittier, California. She was a homemaker for many years; pouring her heart into her family. Once the children were raised, she became a very active woman. She took a position with the Social Services office of La Habra City and worked there for over 20 years. She was also very involved with her church, Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in La Habra, where she was an active parishioner, as well as helping out with the school. She was also a volunteer with The Gary Center in La Habra and the La Habra Community Senior Services Center.



Jane is survived by her children; Michael Miles Clements, Judy Ann Mee, Mark Charles Clements, Gary Patrick Clements, Linda Carol Bedford, Brian Gerard Clements, and Jeffrey Gerard Clements; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Colvin Clements (deceased 1989).



A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11:00AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 900 West La Habra Blvd., La Habra, 90631. A Vigil service will be held on Friday evening, March 8, 2013 at 6:00PM at the La Habra Community Center in the Grand Ballroom.
