Mr. Randy Lee Rassi

Randy Rassi, 70, of Whittier, California went home to the Lord on Thursday, December 12, 2013.



He was born in Lynwood, CA on April 24, 1943, to the late Harold and Dorothy Rassi. Randy graduated from Lynwood High School and received a bachelors degree in Accounting from Long Beach State University in 1978, and his MBA in Financial Management from Whittier College in 1988.



He married the love of his life, Maria, August 18, 1979.



Randy spent his 34-year career in local government in the Southern California municipalities of Compton, Montebello, Long Beach and thirty years in Pico Rivera as the Director of Finance and City Treasurer.



Randy enjoyed his retirement in La Quinta, California where he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.



Randy is survived by Maria and his two daughters, Regina Webster (Jim) and Nicole Mooshagian (Jason) of Whittier, CA. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, Nathan, Ava, Chloe & Milo and brothers Mark (Sharleen) and Jack (Irene) and sister Doreen (David) Clapp and numerous nieces and nephews.



Randy will be remembered for his deep commitment and love for his wife and family; and, for his lifelong honest nature, integrity and strength of character. He will be lovingly, and greatly missed by all who knew him.
