Joseph Ronald Barolak was born in Younstown, Ohio, on April 13, 1923, to John and Anna (Yarosahk) Barolak. He passed away on October 9, 2012 in Whittier, California at the age of 89.

He is survived by his wife, Frances Barolak, extended family members and friends.

A viewing will take place on Tuesday, October 16, 2012, at 10 am at the Beatitudes of Our Lord Church, 13013 S. Santa Gertrudes Ave. Whittier, California, 90638.

A Mass for Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 am at the Beatitudes of Our Lord Church.
