Michael Anthony Pasillas

Michael Anthony Pasillas, 59, passed away in Whittier, California on January 29, 2018. Michael was born on May 5, 1958, to Manuel and Micaela (Perez) Pasillas in Whittier, California. He grew up in Pico Rivera, California, and attended Magee Elementary School, St. Marianne Catholic School, and St. Paul High School. He continued on to receive a Bachelors in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton, and a Juris Doctorate from Western Law School in Fullerton, California.

Professionally, Michael worked as a certified paralegal in the Law Office of Engstrom, Lipscomb and Lack of Los Angeles. He greatly enjoyed reading and listening to music, and he was an avid sports fan of the LA Dodgers, the LA Raiders, and the Green Bay Packers.

Michael chose to live a more quiet and private life, yet he was loved and will be dearly missed by his siblings, Cecilia Laidemitt, Manuel Pasillas, Irene Maehara and Grace Williams; several nieces and nephews, and his friends.

Michael was honored at a Catholic Vigil and Mass prior to his interment at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
