Maria P Gomez

Maria P. Gomez was born on November 17, 1930 to Francisco and Maria (Lepe) Soltero in Jalisco Mexico. She and her husband, Geronimo Gomez, began their family in Jalisco, Mexico before moving to California.



Maria and Geronimo raised a family of eight children, all of whom survive her today. She leaves behind her loving children: Maria Ayala, Ramiro Gomez, Jose Ernie Gomez, Ramon Gomez, Justina Rodgers, Sandra Seyedjafari, Carlos Gomez and Selina Richardson, her siblings: Catalina Soltero, Raymundo Soltero and Ramon Soltero, 17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.



Services will be held at White Emerson Mortuary in Whittier, California on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 6pm and Friday, February 15, 2013 at 11:15am at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Whittier, followed by interment at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
