Manuel L. Villagrn naci el 8 de junio de 1950, hijo de Francisco y Teodomira Villagrn en la Ciudad de Mxico, Distrito Federal, Mxico. Se cas con Anita Garcia en Huntington Park, California, y su matrimonio fue bendecido con cuatro hijos hermosos: Manuel, Erick, April y Annie. Manuel y Anita se divorciaron en 2002, y Manuel se ha mantenido soltero desde ese tiempo.

Una persona muy extrovertida, Manuel vivi la vida al mximo: era la vida de la fiesta! Le encantaba cantar, bailar, beber, divertirse, jugar al domin, contar chistes y ver ftbol. Era un gran trabajador y les ense ese rasgo a sus hijos. Lo ms importante, sin embargo, Manuel era un hombre de familia. l amaba mucho a sus hijos, a sus cnyuges y a sus nietos.

A Manuel le sobreviven sus cuatro hijos, Manuel (Rosie), Erick (Cindy), April D. (Joseph De-Haro) y Annie Villagran; siete nietos, Erick Villagran Jr., Haley T. Villagrn, Giselle A. Villagrn, Xzavier M. Villagrn, Isabella B. Villagrn, April A. Villagrn y Jennessy Villagrn; cinco hermanos, Francisco, Jos, Bernardo, Fernando y Miguel Villagrn; y dos hermanas, Arcelia Barba y Rosa Maria Villagran.

El 24 de abril de 2018 Manuel L. Villagran falleci a la edad de 67 aos. Era amado por todos los que lo conocan, y ser profundamente extraado por toda su familia y amigos.

La velacin comenzar a las 6:00 p.m. el viernes 4 de mayo en la Iglesia de Santa Mara de la Asuncin, 7215 Newlin Avenue, Whittier, California. Se llevar a cabo un servicio de vigilia a las 7 p.m. con velacin continuando hasta las 9 p.m. La misa ser celebrada a la 1 p.m. del da siguiente, el sbado 5 de mayo de 2018, tambin en la Iglesia de Santa Mara. El entierro seguir inmediatamente en Rose Hills Memorial Park en Whittier, California.

Manuel L. Villagran was born June 8, 1950, to Francisco and Teodomira Villagran in Mexico City, D.F., Mexico. He married Anita Garcia in Huntington Park, California, and their marriage was blessed with four beautiful Children: Manuel, Erick, April and Annie. Manuel and Anita divorced in 2002, and Manuel has remained single since that time.

A very outgoing person, Manuel lived life to the fullesthe was the life of the party! He loved to sing, dance, drink, party, play dominoes, tell jokes, and watch soccer. He was a hard worker and taught that trait to his children. Most importantly, however, Manuel was a family man. He dearly loved his children and their spouses and his grandchildren.

Manuel is survived by his four children, Manuel (Rosie), Erick (Cindy), April D. (Joseph De-haro), and Annie Villagran; seven grandchildren, Erick Villagran Jr., Haley T. Villagran, Giselle A. Villagran, Xzavier M. Villagran, Isabella B. Villagran, April A. Villagran and Jennessy Villagran; five brothers, Francisco, Jose, Bernardo, Fernando and Miguel Villagran; and two sisters, Arcelia Barba and Rosa Maria Villagran.

On April 24, 2018 Manuel L. Villagran passed away at the age of 67. He was loved by all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

Viewing will begin 6pm on Friday, May 4th, at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 7215 Newlin Avenue, Whittier, California. A Vigil Service will be led at 7pm with viewing continuing until 9pm. Mass will be celebrated at 1pm the next day, Saturday, May 5, 2018, also at St. Marys. Interment will immediately follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
