Lupe Mendoza was born to Harry and Petra (Cabrera) Cortez on December 12, 1925 in Los Angeles, California.She passed away in La Mirada, CA. on July 28, 2012 at the age of 86.She is survived by her children, Dennis Mendoza and daughter, Debra Mendoza and extended family members.A visitation will be held from 5:00PM - 8:00PM on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at White Emerson Mortuary, 13304 E Philadelphia Street, Whittier, CA. A vigil service will be held on Thursday evening at 7:00PM at the funeral home.A Mass for Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 10:30am at The Beatitudes of Our Lord Catholic Church, 13013 South Santa Gertrudes Avenue, La Mirada, CA.Interment will follow the service at Olive Lawn Memorial Park, 13926 La Mirada Blvd. La Mirada, CA.
