Gloria Martinez Torres

Gloria Martinez Torres, 89, passed away May 30, 2015, in Lakewood, California. Viewing will begin at 5pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, with sharing and a video tribute at 7pm. A Catholic Prayer Service will be led at 10am the following morning, Thursday, June 11th. All services will take place at White Emerson Mortuary, 13304 E. Philadelphia St., Whittier, California. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Rosemead, California.



Mrs. Torres is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Benjamin Gaytan); sons, Joseph and Jerry Torres; sister, Olga Hinojos; brothers, Tony and Robert Martinez; 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Joseph Torres, and her son, Michael Torres.
