Emma was born in the city of Los Angeles California to Antonio and Maria Fernandez in 1969. She grew up in the city of Hacienda Heights with her siblings Andres, Jose and Yolanda Fernandez. Emma became a young mother to three children at a young age; Daniel, Ricardo, and Erica Garcia. Emma enjoyed being their mother but as a young single mother she had to work hard to provide for her children. She did an amazing job with that.
In 1994 Emma met Joel Romero and knew he was the one she wanted to build a home and loving family with. They both had a child together and named her Serena Romero. Serena completed their family of six. Emma and Joel got married in 2006. Emma's family continued to grow with grandchildren in 2005 beginning with Nathalie, Madison, Jose Jr, Emily, Ethan and Ella, Elijah, Alexis, Leo and her Layla Love.
Emma was also a loving daughter, she cared for her father until his final day and continued to care for her mother before being diagnosed with cancer. While caring for her parents she had the joy of caring for her grandchildren and was able to create the priceless moments. All Emma wanted to do was make unforgettable memories with her family. Emma was also a protective loving sister to her siblings. If anyone knew Emma you couldn't mess with her family.
Emma was the center of family functions and activities. She loved to organize such events whether it was a birthday party or camping. Having all the family together was her greatest joy. She would plan last minute trips and was ready to hit the road before sunrise. Emma loved being surrounded by family. She has always expressed how grateful she was for her beautiful loving family. She was proud of how her children grew up to be. She took much pride in being a wonderful mother, grandmother and wife.
