Daniel Victor Campos

Daniel Victor Campos was born September 16, 1969, in Los Angeles County to Juan Luis and Gloria (Estrada) Campos. He passed away on January 4, 2019, in Whittier, California, at the age of 49.

Daniel spent his early years in Pico Rivera, California, before his family moved to Whittier, California, where his father established a successful Barber Shop. Daniel attended both La Serna and California High Schools and later worked in the clothing and electronics distribution industries. He loved his family and became his mothers full-time caregiver at the end of her life. He was especially close to his cousin Stefanie Granillo, and they often did many outings and gatherings with their respective families. Daniel loved to play guitar and, in his youth, performed with a band at St. Brunos Catholic Church. Daniel especially enjoyed the company of his family and his favorite cat, Ami.

Daniel is survived by his children, Daniel Alexander (Andrea Cruz) and Yolanda Mia; brothers, Louis (Laura) and Johnny; sisters, Gloria B. Nena, and Julia; aunts, Jennie (Roland), Lorraine, Ivonne, Patricia (Steve), and Joyce (Dave); nephew, Jonathan; niece, Jessica (Jaime); and great nephew, Pax. As well as many first and second cousins.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 11am on Saturday, January 26, 2019, at White Emerson Mortuary, 13304 Philadelphia St., Whittier, California.
