Cynthia "Cindy" Louise Moret

Cynthia Louise Moret was a loving wife, cherished godmother, and beloved sister and aunt. Cindy entered the Gates of Heaven on March 7, 2019. She was born on July 8, 1960, in Detroit, Michigan, to Katherine and Rollin Maxey.

In 1990, Cindy moved to the high desert and worked at a local hospital. It was during this time of her life that she became friends with her neighbors, a friendship that would forever bond them as a family. She became a very loved sister, aunt and godmother to them.

Ten years later, in 2001, Cindy embarked on a new career path as a very successful Insurance Advisor. It was at her new job that she met the love of her life and soul mate, Ronald Moret. Cindy and Ron were married in 2008 and spent their years together in total love and happiness. They enjoyed traveling as well as just being together at home.

Cindy is survived by her loving husband, Ron; sister, Althea; brother, Marvin; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Viewing will take place from 11-11:30am on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at St. Paul of the Cross Church, 14020 Foster Road, La Mirada, California. Mass will immediately follow at 11:45am. She will be laid to rest next to her parents at Olive Lawn Memorial Park, 13926 S. La Mirada Blvd., also in La Mirada, California.
