Clifford J. Reichert

Clifford J. Reichert was born on January 27, 1932 in Lexington, Nebraska, to Jacob and Elizabeth (Wirth) Reichert. He passed away on March 2, 2015 in La Palma, California, at the age of 83.

Jerry grew up in the rural areas of Montana, Nebraska,and Wyoming.

He entered the US Army at an early age on Dec. 10, 1945 and retired with a rating of a Sargent First Class on May 31, 1975.

He served with distinction for 2 terms of duty in the Korean Conflict and 2 terms of duty in the Vietnamese conflict.

He is survived by his wife Rhodora of La mirada, Ca.. 2 brothers Marvion Reichert of Kearney, Ne., and J.L. Reichert of Fountain Valley, Ca., 2 sisters Joyce Rimpley of Lexington Ne., and Jeanie Gregory of Riverton Wyo. Aunt Edna Nickal,of Sterling Co., many Nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, sister's Geraldine Reichert, Darlene Whitlock, and Betty Sanders.

In addition to his true love for his wife Rhodora, family, and the U.S. Army, Jerry was an avid Numismatic.
