Carmen P. Ramirez

Carmen P. Ramirez was born July 16, 1926, in Mitchell, Nebraska, to Meliton and Joaquina (Olvera) Padilla. She passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at her home in Ventura, California, at the age of 87.



Viewing will begin at 10am on Saturday, December 21, 2013. The Rosary will be led at 10:30am, and a Catholic Prayer Service will immediately follow at 11am. All events will occur at the White Emerson Mortuary Chapel, 13304 E. Philadelphia St., Whittier, California. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Rowland Heights, California.
