Apolinar 'Newton' Rodriguez was born November 12, 1963 in Los Angeles, California to Apolinar and Frances Rios Rodriguez. He passed away Friday, February 13, 2010 in Montebello, California.Newton grew up and went to school in Whittier, where he also spent the rest of his life. He enjoyed weightlifting and woodworking.A Memorial Service will be held in his honor at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at White Emerson Mortuary, 13304 E.
