Adela Anne Zilfi was born on May 12, 1952 in Norwood, Massachusetts to Sam and Helen (Ferguson) Zilfi. Adela grew up in Norwood and went to Norwood High School, graduating in 1970. Adela moved to California in the late seventies and became and employee at Graybar Electric, where she worked for 35 years.
Adela married Martin Bosch on October 21, 1989 on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. The couple enjoyed 28 years of marriage together.
Adela enjoyed a variety of hobbies, including quilting, travel and wine tasting. She also had a love for the outdoors, where she enjoyed times at the beach, bird watching, and hiking. She spent a significant time outdoors tending to her flower garden, where roses and succulents were among her favorites.
Despite roughly 40 years in California, Adelas favorite teams in sports were still firmly rooted in New England. She was an avid Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics fan (especially the Red Sox).
Adela is survived by her brothers, Sabri of Canton, Mass. and Joseph of Norwood, Mass, her sister Madeline in Maryland, and her children, daughters Angela Christie Flautz and Alicia Dennille Younger, and son Martin Dennis Bosch.
